Those Who Seek The LORD Shall Never Be Ashamed #FighterVerse

Fighter Verse For July 12, 2015

I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed. –Psalm 34:4-5

The fear of the LORD is a good and right attitude of heart. It is the beginning of wisdom. But the fear of other people, of things, or ideas, brings shame. When this unfounded fear takes hold in our hearts, we loose the radiance we are intended to shine forth as image bearers of Christ.

But those who seek the LORD are delivered from all their fears. When they are delivered from those fears, they reflect and radiate the glory of Christ, and have all their shame removed. Thus is the promise of those who seek the LORD.
