[Read Genesis Chapter 10]
Chapter ten lists the line of descendants that came forth from Noah’s three sons Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Our same God who destroys and kills, makes alive and prospers. 1 Samuel says:
1 Samuel 2:6 “The Lord brings death and makes alive; he brings down to the grave and raises up.”
This is our God. We can not re-define him, nor explain away the fact of his wrath and justice. He kills and makes alive!
