By Colossians 1:9-10 "And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God."
One of the ways to become fully pleasing to God is by increasing, or growing in your knowledge of him. God is pleased with those who are in his beloved son Jesus. Yet he becomes more pleased with us as we know more about the one whom we seek to please.
As the new year approaches, it is a time when many people make resolutions regarding things they would like to see changed in their lives. Wouldn't a good resolution for the year be to grow in the knowledge of God? If that resolution seems good to you, what steps can you take to ensure your growth?
