Providential Sipping Of Tea

Psalms 143:8 Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.

Yesterday my wife Karie went to a Christmas tea women's gathering at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis. She came home and told us first of God's providence in where she was seated. She found a spot at a table and began talking to a woman who's name has slipped my mind. This woman asked Karie of her pregnancy, congratulated her and asked when the due date was. My wife told her that the baby was a girl and that she would not live to see her due date. The lady asked if the baby had a name. My wife told her the name was Mercy. She then told my wife that she had been reading this blog and had known of our struggles. Sweet. Karie was very blessed and encouraged by this providential encounter. Thank you dear woman for blessing my wife yesterday. 😊

I pray that as each of you head off to your places of worship, you hear and are reminded of God's steadfast love for you.
