By No God Like Our God
“Your way, O God, is holy. What god is great like our God? You are the God who works wonders; you have made known your might among the peoples.” –Psalm 77:13-14 (memory verse 182)
The way of God is holy. There is no being in all of creation quite like our God. Everything he does is pure, righteous, and set apart as perfect. There is no creational wonder that happens under the heavens, which is not holy. He is not a God who wishes to remain hidden, for he has made known his might among all peoples.
Is the path that you daily walk pure, righteous, and holy? Or do you more model God by making your might known among the peoples around you, only to quickly find our that you are not quite as omnipotent as God is?
God has not only made his might known among the peoples, but he has made his will and way known through his word and through his son Jesus. The bible reveals to us what God’s will is for us; his Son came to reveal his way. Jesus said “follow me and I will make you _________.” Fishers of men? What is the word that Jesus wants filled into your blank?
There is no god great like our God; his way is holy.
