By For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10 ESV)
This verse has much more force in our lives if we apply it particularly to ourselves, and to our situation.
For, (I) am God’s workmanship. (I) was created (by God) (to be) in Christ Jesus for good works. (These good works), God prepared (or planned) beforehand that (I) should walk in them.
I am God’s workmanship. He is my maker, designer, and crafter. He created me specifically so that I would trust upon his Son Jesus Christ. He also created me specifically to do and to desire good works. He planned for me to obey him and follow his ways all the days of my life.
God is for me and not against me. How could I not give him all of myself; for this was his intended purpose for creating me.
